ASSIGNMENT OF MECHANIC'S LIEN:
  • This is the form that is supplied to the County when you assign the Mechanic's Lien to a third party. The Assignment of Mechanic's Lien states who the lien is being filed on, who is filing it, and in what County it is being filed. The lienholder assigns their rights to another party who then becomes the new lienholder.
