SATISFACTION OF MECHANIC'S LIEN:
  • This is a form that states that a lien that was filed on record with the County and the Mechanic’s Lien has now been fully satisfied by the owner of the real property and the lien is paid in full.  The lienholder directs the County to discharge from the record said lien.
